I do require a 500.00 dollar non refundable deposit to hold any pup. The puppy must be paid for plus shipping if that is the case. Shipping usually runs 250.00-300.00 in the United States. Puppies will not be shipped intill 8-10 weeks old and are in good health and seen by the vet. The puppy will come up to date on vaccines .the new owners are responsible for any other care once they receive the pup. The buyer has 72 hours to take the pup to the vet of their choice for examination at their expense. If any complications arise, the buyer has to notify me at once if there is a problem after 72 hours if the buyer has not taken the pup to a vet the contract is null and void.

The said pup will be guaranteed up to one year against any life treating defects. This includes hip dysphasia which requires surgery, it also covers, Kidney, heart, pancreas, spine and liver problems of a sever nature. If the pup is found to have a life treating defect a complete veterinarian report must be faxed within 48 hours after the determination has been made. If the reason is congenital the seller will replace the pup with one the seller feels is comparable. No money will be refunded.

Seller does not cover vet bills. puppies sold on a limited registration do not have heath guarantees. The health guarantee is not valid if the dog has been sold or transferred.

The health guarantee does not cover internal or external parasites, bacteria, cherry eye, loose hips, loose knees, skin allergies, elongated soft palate, and small or collapse, nostrils, bad or uneven bites, undesended testicles, démodé, mange, inguinal or umbilical hernias, fleas, ticks, ear mites, coccidian, kennel cough, irradiate, thyroid dysfunction, there is also no guarantee that you can show, or breed the pup. full guarentee in writing with both buyer and seller to sign.
